Maintenance and investment activities remain among the least digitized processes within utility companies. Field monitoring workflows and the management of data collected on site are still often based on traditional tools and practices, resulting in information loss, delays, and difficulties in tracking the progress of activities in real time.

At Accadueo 2026, Bludigit will present the latest evolution of WorkOnSite (WoS), the solution designed to collect, validate, and share field information in a structured way. WoS provides full visibility into ongoing activities and automates quality checks, ensuring compliance throughout project delivery and real-time visibility into the work carried out in the field.

Thanks to WoSeye, WorkOnSite’s AI trained on data from more than 90,000 worksites and already capable of monitoring over 100 activities simultaneously every day, inspections can be automated, improving quality while reducing the operational workload.

Water efficiency no longer depends solely on selecting the right software, but on the ability to manage operational complexity through intelligent agentic assistants.

The presentation will explore the Acqualatina case study in detail. The company has already made the platform an integral part of its business processes, using it daily for field operations. Through the first-hand experience of those who manage these activities every day, we will discover how the platform is already optimizing the supervision of repair work and the monitoring of service connections, delivering tangible and measurable efficiency benefits on a daily basis.

Speaker: Marco Sodero, Head of Business Development, Bludigit
