The Bludigit Digital Factory welcomed IGROW participants for a day dedicated to innovation, digital skills, and the opportunities offered by Artificial Intelligence.
It was an opportunity to gain a closer understanding of the Digital Factory and its role in the Group’s digital transformation journey, but above all to move quickly from knowledge to hands-on experimentation.
Following an introduction to Bludigit and a meeting with Marco Barra Caracciolo, Chief Executive Officer of Bludigit, the day moved into a deep dive on Generative Artificial Intelligence, combining theoretical insights with practical application.
Participants had the opportunity to explore the potential of Microsoft Copilot first-hand, putting themselves to the test by creating and testing AI agents. Working in teams, they explored new ways of interacting with information, tools, and corporate knowledge. The agenda included direct use of Agent Builder, guiding participants from defining the agent through to testing and peer comparison.
Curiosity, collaboration, and a strong willingness to experiment shaped the day, showing how AI adoption also depends on people’s ability to understand its potential and put it to the test in real-world contexts.
An approach that reflects the role of Bludigit’s Digital Factory: bringing technology and skills together, while contributing to the Group’s digital evolution and to the objectives of its Strategic Plan.
